Art for Wellness Sunday - June 6th, 2021 - 2pm - 3:30pm EST

Join me Sundays for 90 minutes of creative exploration that will give you a moment to relax and express yourself. All projects are created for anyone at any artistic level to participate in because it’s not about creating artistic excellence or “art”, but it’s about enjoying the creative process because everyone is creative! Each session will start with simple breathing exercises to focus our body and mind to start the creative process.

Ages 12+ welcome!

Get ready to experiment and explore! Collect objects that have personal significance to you that we will paint and print repeatedly to create an abstract “soul portrait”. Your objects will be painted on so don’t choose to work with anything that is precious. See below for the materials list used for this project.

Supplies: Personal or found objects to paint and print with, Heavy Paper any size (weight: 100lb - 140lb), acrylic, gouache, or watercolor paint. Brushes, cup of water, plate for paint pallet, and glue (optional). Email me with any questions - mgehring8@gmail.com
